Program Notes:

los susurros (the whispers) was written and first performed in June of 2001 at the Academie Musicale de Villecroze in the South of France. The piece is about the keeping of a sensual secret between two people (represented musically by a hidden tango) and its constant flirtation with and anxiety towards discovery.
